Fair Deal Valuation
The HSE Nursing Homes Support Scheme, also known as The Fair Deal Scheme provides financial support towards nursing home care. It is calculated by a financial assessment with the individual paying a certain amount towards the cost of care and the HSE paying the rest. Usually, a person’s home is their main asset of value and a valuation will be needed as part of the application.

What is Probate?
